One Account Per Player

Taka Wallet Only

Fair Play Certification

1. Acceptance of Terms
masplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, masplay will provide notice via the platform or via the registered email address associated with a Player's account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English text shall be the authoritative version. masplay operates this platform for the Bangladesh market; however, masplay makes no representation that access to the platform is legal or appropriate in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of masplay complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
1.1 Agreement to Related Policies
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to be bound by masplay's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and masplay.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on masplay, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law;
- Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of masplay or any affiliated company;
- Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the masplay platform.
2.1 Age Verification
masplay enforces age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players will be required to submit government-issued identity documentation — such as a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — confirming they are 18 years of age or older before any withdrawal request is processed. masplay reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended and any balance held pending resolution.
2.2 Geographical Eligibility
masplay is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for verifying that such access is lawful in their location. masplay reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Account Registration
Each Player is entitled to hold one and only one registered account on masplay. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh in the format 01XXXXXXXXX. Players must also provide a valid email address that is exclusively under their own control.
It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC verification remains accurate and up to date. Players who change their address, phone number, or email address must update their account details promptly by contacting masplay support. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.
3.1 Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. masplay strongly recommends that Players use a unique password not shared with any other online service and that they enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity carried out on an account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised activity by the registered account holder. masplay will not be liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their account credentials.
If a Player suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact masplay support immediately at support@masplay. masplay will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include a temporary suspension pending investigation. Players must not attempt to access the account of another person under any circumstances.
3.2 Duplicate Accounts
The creation of more than one account on masplay by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified — whether through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method linkage, or any other means — masplay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and suspend or permanently ban the Player from the platform. Any winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts will be considered void.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits to and withdrawals from masplay accounts are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). masplay accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method; current limits are displayed within the Player's account cashier section.
4.1 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's masplay account within five (5) minutes of a successful mobile banking transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and four (4) hours to be confirmed and credited, depending on the originating bank's processing times. masplay is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's mobile banking provider or bank.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by masplay's payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals that pass KYC verification are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Players must ensure that the withdrawal destination account (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account) is registered in the same name as the masplay account holder.
4.3 Source of Funds
masplay reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds from any Player at any time. This may include bank statements, bKash transaction histories, or other documentation demonstrating that deposited funds originate from a legitimate and lawful source. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.
4.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their mobile banking provider or bank in relation to deposits made to masplay. If a Player believes a transaction has been processed in error, they must contact masplay support in the first instance. Any Player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and any outstanding balance withheld pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
masplay offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by masplay are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to a Player's account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited without notice.
5.2 Eligible Games
Not all games on the masplay platform contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. As a general rule, casino table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots and crash games. Sports betting wagers placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) may not contribute toward casino bonus wagering requirements. Players should consult the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
masplay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — together with any winnings derived from that bonus — where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: the use of duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; the use of automated software or bots; or collusion with other Players. Determinations regarding bonus abuse are made at masplay's sole discretion.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
masplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated, Players who have already accepted a bonus and are in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete those requirements unless masplay determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. No compensation will be payable in respect of a cancelled promotion where the Player has not yet deposited or accepted the relevant bonus.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on masplay are supplied by regulated third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates in accordance with its own published rules and pay-table, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable game rules before placing bets. masplay does not alter, override, or manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning conducted by professional dealers in regulated studios.
6.1 Return to Player (RTP)
The published Return to Player percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term payout rate and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session. RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of winnings. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, game failure, server error, or network interruption that affects the outcome or display of a game round, masplay reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. masplay is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical malfunction. Where a malfunction results in the crediting of an obviously erroneous win — for example, a displayed payout that significantly exceeds the game's maximum published win — masplay reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpayment from the Player's account.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on masplay are governed by sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In general: bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI); bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being declared will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules; and live (in-play) bets accepted after an event-altering incident (e.g., a wicket falling or a red card in football) will stand only where masplay's systems have accepted the bet prior to the display of the incident, as determined by masplay's audit logs.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Players must use masplay in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform. masplay reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or payment information;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or platform errors to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions;
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events in connection with bets placed on masplay;
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game;
- Using funds deposited on masplay for the purposes of money laundering or any other financial crime;
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward masplay support staff or other Players;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
Players may request the closure of their masplay account at any time by contacting support at support@masplay. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance in the account (excluding void or forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and the completion of any pending withdrawal requirements. Account closure does not cancel any in-progress bets; those will be settled according to normal rules and the resulting balance processed accordingly.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by masplay
masplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; masplay has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation; KYC or source-of-funds documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe; or the Player has engaged in any conduct listed under Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct).
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, masplay will aim to complete its review within fourteen (14) business days. Players whose accounts are suspended will be notified via their registered email address. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance released. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and masplay will determine, at its sole discretion, the treatment of any remaining balance in accordance with applicable law.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from masplay for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, twelve (12) months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing to support@masplay. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. masplay will take reasonable technical steps to prevent a self-excluded Player from accessing the platform; however, it is also the Player's responsibility not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, masplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, including loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if masplay has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
masplay's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the date on which the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit masplay's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
masplay does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that all features will be error-free, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use the platform at their own risk.
10. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. masplay operates this platform for the Bangladesh market and endeavours to comply with all applicable regulations governing online gaming services in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall in the first instance be referred to masplay's support team for informal resolution. Players are encouraged to contact masplay support before pursuing any formal dispute process. masplay will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes within twenty-eight (28) business days of a complaint being received.
